DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

REGULATION: Regulation on Distance Contracts,
SERVICE: Dental treatments, healthcare services, and consultancy services provided for a fee,
SELLER (Laura Dental Center): The entity providing services within the scope of its commercial or professional activities,
BUYER: A natural or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from a service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes,
WEBSITE: The official website of Laura Dental Center,
AGREEMENT: This contract concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER.


3. SUBJECT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and provision of the service (dental treatment / healthcare service) ordered electronically by the BUYER via the SELLER’s website.

7. GENERAL PROVISIONS
7.1. The BUYER acknowledges that they have been informed about the essential characteristics of the service, the sales price, and the payment method.

7.2. The service is a healthcare service requiring appointment and planning, and it will be provided at the clinic on the scheduled date.

7.3. The execution of the service may vary depending on the patient’s medical condition and the dentist’s evaluation.


8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EXCEPTIONS
According to the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal may be limited for services that must be performed on a specific date or are appointment-based.

If the performance of the service has begun, the BUYER may lose the right of withdrawal.


9. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the type of service and the time remaining before the appointment.

Cancellations made close to the appointment date may not be eligible for a refund or may be subject to deductions.


10. COMPETENT AUTHORITY
In disputes arising from this Agreement, complaints and objections shall be submitted to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in the place where the consumer resides or where the transaction is made.


11. ENFORCEMENT
By completing the payment for the order placed via the WEBSITE, the BUYER shall be deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement.
